Creating Inclusive Opportunities through Sugamya Internship Program by Brahmakriti
Through the Sugamya Internship program, Brahmakriti aims to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We believe that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, deserves an equal opportunity to achieve their potential. By providing internships to the divyang, we are creating a more accessible and inclusive workplace culture. Our program is designed to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for our interns, where they can learn, grow, and gain valuable work experience. We are committed to empowering the next generation of talents and change-makers, and the Sugamya Internship program is just one way we are doing that. Successful applicants will join an internship project at one of the Brahmakriti's companies. At the conclusion of the project, the interns work is formally appraised and we encourage them to share their feedback on the overall experience. All interns receive a stipend depending on the project they are working on.
